PROGRAMS / ASSESSMENTS / PROGRESSION
Train the signal.
Respect the response.
Choose a starting point and let good coaching help shape the plan. Lab-style testing is optional, useful only when it answers a real question, and never a substitute for medical care.

MUSCLE GROWTH / STRENGTH
Hypertrophy is a process, not a trick.
Muscle growth is influenced by repeated resistance-training stimulus, enough challenging work, nutrition, sleep, and time. The right volume and frequency depend on the individual and can change as training experience builds.
We focus on controllable basics: repeatable exercise technique, gradual progression, sufficient recovery, and keeping a record of training. Failure on every set, exotic equipment, or a specific “pump” is not required.

- Exercise choice and technique that suit your experience
- Weekly training volume and a manageable effort level
- Progression and recovery checkpoints
- When to adjust a plan based on how you feel and perform
AEROBIC FITNESS / VO₂ MAX
Measure the engine, not your worth.
VO₂ max describes the highest rate at which the body can use oxygen during intense exercise. A properly conducted assessment can help describe aerobic fitness, but the result depends on the equipment, protocol, effort, and person being tested.
Wearable estimates are not the same as a supervised exercise test. Any maximal test requires suitable equipment, qualified personnel, informed consent, and appropriate safety screening. Contact the team to ask whether this assessment is currently available.
02Before any hard test
Discuss your exercise history and relevant health concerns with a qualified professional before strenuous testing. If maximal exercise is not appropriate, choose a suitable non-maximal alternative. Seek medical advice for symptoms or health conditions.

TENDON CAPACITY / LOADING
Progressive loading takes patience.
Tendons respond to mechanical loading, but adaptations are gradual and differ from person to person. Appropriate resistance training can improve tendon mechanical properties; it does not guarantee that an injury will be prevented or resolve pain.
Our training approach emphasizes tolerable loads, clear progression, and recovery. Persistent or worsening pain needs assessment by a qualified healthcare professional—not an internet protocol or a gym assessment.

- Start with a load and range you can control
- Increase training demands progressively, not all at once
- Monitor symptoms and recovery between sessions
- Refer health concerns to the right clinician

MEASURE WITH PURPOSE
Every measure should answer a question.
STRENGTH / CONSISTENCYTraining record
Can show: completed sessions, exercise choices, and changes in loads or repetitions over time.
Cannot show: overall health, technique quality, or why a particular day felt harder.
Use it to: review consistency and decide whether a gradual adjustment makes sense.
AEROBIC FITNESSRepeatable effort
Can show: how a familiar, submaximal route or session feels at a repeatable pace.
Cannot show: a direct VO₂ max value or a diagnosis.
Use it to: adjust general conditioning. Maximal testing needs suitable equipment, screening, and qualified supervision.
MOVEMENT / CAPACITYComfort and control
Can show: how comfortably and consistently you perform a chosen movement.
Cannot show: a medical cause for pain or whether an injury is present.
Use it to: choose a manageable training variation and review it over time.
Assessment boundary: Fitness testing and training are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Testing is optional; use informed consent, appropriate screening, and qualified personnel, and refer health questions to healthcare professionals. You can record non-medical training notes in your private progress log.
